Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — the basic profile information Google shares (typically name and email).
• Fitness profile: age, gender (optional), height, weight, fitness goal, experience level, equipment access, and your preferred training schedule — the answers you give during onboarding.
• Anything you add yourself: an optional free-text field where you can describe injuries, dietary preferences, or anything else you want your plans built around. Please only put in what you're comfortable sharing — whatever you write is stored with your profile and sent to Anthropic along with it, exactly as you typed it.
• Generated plans: every workout plan we generate for you, including its nutrition targets, saved so you can revisit it later.
• Billing information: if you upgrade to Pro, our payment processor (Dodo Payments) handles your payment details directly — we never see or store your card number. We keep a record of your subscription status and billing history.

How we use it

Your fitness profile — including anything you write in the free-text field — is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a personalized plan and its nutrition targets. It is used only to build your plan: not for advertising, not to train any model, and not sold to anyone. Your email is used for account access and essential account emails (sign-up confirmation, billing receipts). We don't send marketing email.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run powrly, each only for the purpose below:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting for your account and fitness profile.
• Anthropic — the AI model that generates your workout plans from your fitness profile.
• Dodo Payments — subscription billing, if you upgrade to Pro.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google, to verify your identity.

We do not sell your data to anyone, for any reason.

Your choices

You can delete any saved workout plan at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely or request a copy of your data, contact us using the details below and we'll handle it directly.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
