The service

powrly generates weekly workout plans using an AI model, based on the fitness profile you provide. Each plan also includes estimated daily calorie and macronutrient targets and general meal suggestions. Free accounts include 2 generated plans; Pro is an unlimited, recurring monthly subscription billed through Dodo Payments. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal — access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

This plan is generated automatically and is for general information only. It is not medical advice. Consult a doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness programme, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

These figures are rough estimates calculated from the details you entered, not a prescribed diet. They do not account for medical conditions, allergies, medication or pregnancy. Speak to a doctor or a registered dietitian before making significant changes to how you eat.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use powrly, consistent with the minimum age enforced during onboarding.

Acceptable use

Don't use powrly to attempt to disrupt the service, access another user's data, or generate content for any purpose other than your own training.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing portal. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us — we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

No warranty

powrly is provided "as is". AI-generated plans are not guaranteed to be error-free or suitable for every individual — see the health disclaimer above. We are not liable for injury or loss arising from use of a generated plan.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
